TalkLivCam Terms of Service
Read this page as the rulebook both you and TalkLivCam sign up to. By opening a match, sending a message, watching a stream or creating an account, you accept them. We have kept the language as plain as we can. If something is unclear, ask us at [email protected] before you use the service.

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You may not use TalkLivCam if we have removed you before, or if the law in your country forbids it. By using the service, you confirm that all of this is true.
You can start as a guest without creating an account. Some features, such as clubs, need a free account. You are responsible for what happens under your guest session or account, so do not share access with anyone else, and tell us straight away if you think someone has used it without permission.
Display names and photos must not impersonate another person, include contact details or contain anything that would break the conduct rules below.
TalkLivCam exists for friendly conversation. These rules apply in random matches, profile calls, messages, live streams and clubs alike.
You keep ownership of what you post, such as your photo, your messages and your club posts. You give us permission to host, display and transmit that content as needed to run TalkLivCam. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it, and that it follows these terms.
We may remove content that breaks the rules, and we are not obliged to monitor everything that is said in every chat. Use block and report if someone crosses a line.
TalkLivCam is free to start. Some features use coins, which you can buy inside the site, and VIP is an optional paid membership. Coins are a licence to use features on TalkLivCam; they are not money, they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the site.
You see the price of anything before paying for it. Purchases are processed by our payment provider. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support with the date and amount and we will look into it; consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected by these terms.
Live streams are run by the women on the platform. You can watch, comment, send gifts with coins and request a private call. Going live yourself is not something users can do. Comments in a stream are visible to everyone in it.
Clubs are run by their owners, who set their own house rules on top of these terms. New clubs are reviewed before they appear, and we may close a club that breaks these terms. Club rules commonly forbid screenshots and sharing outside contact details, and you agree to follow them when you join.
Walk away from TalkLivCam whenever you like, and ask us to erase your account if you want it gone. We may suspend or close an account, or block a guest, if it breaks these terms, puts other people at risk or exposes us to legal trouble. In serious cases we do this without warning. Coins left on an account that was closed for rule breaking are forfeited.
If you disagree with something we did, write to support first. Most problems are solved faster by a short email than by anything formal, and we will look at your case properly. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is handled under the laws that apply to the operator of TalkLivCam, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
We work hard to keep TalkLivCam running and pleasant, but we provide it as it is and as available. We cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be overridden by an agreement.
These terms will change from time to time as TalkLivCam itself changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell account holders before the new version applies. If you keep using TalkLivCam after that, you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms, or about a decision we made on your account, go to the same support address. You can also reach us through the contact page. The privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
